These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User") and st777 ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our"). By accessing st777 at st777.co, creating an account, making a deposit, or placing any wager, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using st777 and close your account.

3.1 Age Requirement. You must be at least 18 years of age to register an account or place any wager on st777. st777 strictly prohibits use of the platform by individuals under the age of 18. Age is verified through the KYC process using a valid Pakistani CNIC. Any account found to have been registered by an underage individual will be suspended immediately, all associated winnings forfeited, and deposited funds returned net of any bonuses received.
3.2 Jurisdiction. It is the User's sole responsibility to verify that accessing and using st777 for real-money gaming is lawful in their specific jurisdiction before registering. st777 does not accept registrations from jurisdictions where online gambling is expressly prohibited by applicable law. By registering, you warrant that your use of st777 is lawful in your location.
3.3 One Account Policy. Each individual User is permitted to hold only one st777 Account. Opening multiple accounts — whether under the same or different identities — is strictly prohibited and will result in all associated accounts being closed and balances forfeited. This policy includes accounts shared between family members using the same device or payment method.
3.4 Accurate Information. You must provide accurate and truthful information during registration and at all times thereafter. st777 reserves the right to suspend or close an account where false or misleading information has been provided.
4.1 You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your st777 login credentials, including your registered mobile number and password. st777 will never request your password via phone, email, or any messaging service. Any communication purporting to be from st777 that requests your password should be treated as fraudulent and reported to support immediately.
4.2 You must notify st777 immediately if you become aware of or suspect any unauthorised access to your Account. st777 will not be held liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access where the User has failed to take reasonable precautions to protect their login credentials.
4.3 st777 recommends that Users access their Accounts only from personal, private devices using a secure internet connection. Accessing st777 via unsecured public Wi-Fi networks is done entirely at the User's own risk.
5.1 Deposits. st777 accepts deposits in PKR via JazzCash, Easypaisa, HBL internet banking, UBL online transfer, Meezan Bank, Bank Alfalah, and USDT cryptocurrency (TRC-20 and ERC-20 networks). The minimum deposit amount is PKR 500 unless otherwise specified in a promotional offer. st777 does not charge deposit fees; however, third-party payment providers may apply their own transaction charges.
5.2 Withdrawals. Withdrawals may only be processed to a payment method held in the same name as the registered st777 Account. KYC verification must be completed in full before any withdrawal request is processed. The minimum withdrawal amount is PKR 1,000. st777 aims to process withdrawal requests within 2–24 hours of approval, subject to the processing timelines of the selected payment method.
5.3 Currency. All Account balances, wagers, winnings, and transactions on st777 are denominated in PKR. No currency conversion is applied by st777; cryptocurrency deposits are converted to PKR at the prevailing rate at the time of deposit confirmation.
5.4 Inactive Accounts. st777 reserves the right to apply an administrative fee of PKR 500 per month to accounts that have been inactive (no login or wagering activity) for a period exceeding 12 consecutive months, where a positive balance exists. Users will be notified before any deduction is applied.
6.1 All bonuses and promotional offers issued by st777 are subject to the specific terms and wagering requirements communicated at the time the offer is made. General bonus terms stated herein apply where no specific terms are provided.
6.2 Wagering Requirements. Bonus funds must be wagered a minimum number of times (as specified per offer) before any associated winnings may be withdrawn. Wagering contributions vary by game type — slots typically contribute 100%, live casino games may contribute at a reduced rate.
6.3 st777 reserves the right to withdraw any bonus offer, cancel a User's bonus balance, or void associated winnings where it has reason to believe the bonus has been claimed in bad faith, through duplicate accounts, or in breach of these Terms.
6.4 Bonuses are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash without meeting applicable wagering requirements.
7.1 All wagers placed on st777 are final once confirmed. It is the User's responsibility to verify bet details — including selection, stake, and odds — before confirming. st777 does not accept requests to cancel or amend confirmed wagers except where an event is cancelled or where a manifest error has occurred.
7.2 Manifest Error. In the event of a manifest error in odds, payout calculations, or game settings, st777 reserves the right to void affected wagers and return stakes to the User's Account. This applies regardless of whether the wager has already been settled.
7.3 Game Disconnection. If a User's internet connection is interrupted during an active game session, the round will be resolved according to the game's internal logic. st777 is not responsible for losses resulting from a User's network connectivity issues.
7.4 Sports Betting. Pre-match odds are subject to change up until the event commences. Live in-play odds are updated continuously and may be suspended at any time. st777 reserves the right to limit maximum stake amounts on any market at its discretion.

All content on st777 — including but not limited to logos, trademarks, game graphics, text, design elements, and software — is the intellectual property of st777 or its licensed content providers. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any st777 content without prior written authorisation. Unauthorised use of st777 intellectual property may give rise to civil and criminal liability.
10.1 st777 provides its platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While st777 takes reasonable steps to ensure platform availability and accuracy, it does not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.
10.2 To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, st777 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or financial losses sustained through wagering activity.
10.3 Nothing in these Terms shall limit st777's liability for fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by applicable law.
10.4 Gambling inherently involves financial risk. By using st777, you acknowledge that you may lose money and that st777 is not responsible for any such losses sustained through lawful wagering activity.
st777 collects and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By registering an account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. st777 will not sell your personal data to third parties. Data shared with payment processors and KYC verification services is limited to what is strictly necessary to fulfil the relevant transaction or verification requirement.
12.1 st777 is committed to promoting responsible gaming and minimising the risk of gambling-related harm. All registered users have access to the following self-regulation tools via their Account settings: deposit limits (daily, weekly, monthly), loss limits, session time reminders, temporary self-suspension (24 hours to 6 weeks), and permanent self-exclusion.
12.2 All responsible gaming restrictions take effect immediately upon application. Relaxation of a restriction may require a cooling-off period of at least 24 hours.
12.3 st777 does not extend credit and does not permit wagering with borrowed funds. If you feel that your gambling has become a problem, st777 strongly encourages you to apply a self-exclusion and seek assistance from a professional counselling service in your area.
st777 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered Users via the contact information held on their Account at least 7 days before the changes take effect. Continued use of st777 after the effective date of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. It is the User's responsibility to review these Terms periodically. The most current version of these Terms is always available at st777.co/terms-conditions.
14.1 If you have a complaint regarding any aspect of st777's services, you should first contact the st777 support team at [email protected], providing full details of the complaint including your Account details and the relevant transaction or game round reference. st777 aims to respond to all complaints within 5 business days.
14.2 If your complaint is not resolved to your satisfaction through the internal process, you may escalate the matter in accordance with the dispute resolution procedures of the applicable gaming regulatory framework under which st777 operates.
14.3 In the event of a dispute regarding the outcome of a game round, the records maintained by st777's server logs shall be treated as the authoritative record. st777 does not accept claims based solely on a User's personal recollection or device-side screenshot.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable international gaming regulations and the laws of the jurisdiction in which st777 is incorporated. Any dispute that cannot be resolved through the process described in Section 14 shall be referred to binding arbitration under the rules of an internationally recognised arbitration institution. Nothing herein shall prevent either party from seeking emergency injunctive relief from a court of competent jurisdiction where warranted.
